How to make a booking with Sunrise Divers
1- Find out what is available
Before sending any payment, please contact us to check availability or find out what trips would suit your travel plans. Just give us an idea of what you want, and let us do the leg work for you. The variety of trips can be bewildering, so let us know your dates and preferences, and we will make some suggestions.

2 - Make a reservation
Once you have a plan, please contact us to make a reservation. You can do this by email or phone, but please wait for us to confirm your reservation. We will then advise of payment details and send you further booking information.
3 - Payment and Booking Forms
We will email you booking information. Payment can be made by credit card or ebanking (bank transfer). We accept Visa or Master Card by secure online credit card payment. For your security, we do not accept credit card payment over the phone. Be sure to read our booking conditions. If you have any questions at any time, please ask!

4 - Confirmation
When payment of your deposit is confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation by email. Again, if there are any lingering questions, we are always here to answer.
A Note about Advance Bookings
For liveaboards, advance booking is pretty much essential, especially in peak season. For day trips and courses, you can also book at our shop in Phuket (click here for a map). Payment can be made here by credit card or cash. We really recommend advance booking for any trip to be 100% sure of getting exactly what you want. For all courses and day trips on Phi Phi we need just a 20% deposit to secure the booking. For courses in Phuket, we need a 30% deposit.
A Note about Credit Card Payments
Sometimes your credit card may not be accepted by our bank, even if you are not over the credit limit. This may be due to your bank having a lock on international transactions, or if you have a Visa card, it may not be "Verified by Visa". You should contact your bank if in any doubt. You may have also made an error in the card details - please type carefully!
Occasionally, a bank may charge you extra for foreign payments. If your card statement differs to the amount you paid to Sunrise Divers, please check with us or contact your bank.
What is included in the Prices?
If you are in any doubt as to what you are paying for, please ask! Generally, all trip prices exclude rental equipment, national park fees, alcoholic drinks, tips, airport transfers. Generally all do include transfers, meals, soft drinks, drinking water, divemaster service, tanks and weights. If in doubt, please ask!
Other Useful Notes
Price Changes - Sometimes, due to exchange rate fluctuations, we may have to change a trip price in between your booking and the trip. You will pay the price as agreed on booking even if the price subsequently changes.
Insurance - We strongly recommend you have Travel insurance and Cancellation insurance - be sure this includes Dive Insurance.
